This workout is perfectly suited to be done at home, in your garage, your garden or anywhere around or inside your house. You can decide wether you want to use a kettlebell or a dumbbell. Either way, we will train the full body in only 30 minutes so buckle up and enjoy!
Choose lighter weights for the dumbbell (approx 2x5KG or 2×7.5KG) as well as for the kettlebell (8KG or 12KG) if your’e just getting started.
1 – Lateral Lunge
2 – Floor Press
3 – Clean & Press X Half Snatch Superset
All 3 exercises are done for 2 minutes
Followed up by 1 minute of rest which equals one round
4 rounds total
