Medial elbow pain, or pain to the inside of your elbow is an extremely common injury when using kettlebells or working with steel clubs. When rehabbing these injuries it is important to include sport-specific exercises as you are progressing back to your pre-injury activities. Though these exercises are designed for kettlebell athletes, they are also applicable to CrossFit and weightlifting injuries.
