A great single leg power exercise I love that’s also great as a finisher to light up the glutes 🍑

I like the supported variation because it creates more stability and allows more force production, as well as better ability to keep posture.

Some cues that I like for clients in this one:

▶️ “Feel the whole foot and push the ground away”
▶️ “Get tall and drive your head to the ceiling”
▶️ “Long arm and let the kettlebell float”
▶️ “Blow the candle out with your breath”

As always you coach what you see but some of the above are helpful for most.
