isometric exercise: type of strength training in which joint angle and muscle length do not change during contraction.
Isometrics are done in a static position. the exercises you’re about to see do not belong to the orthodox kettlebell training.
nevertheless, they are a great way of training strenth, control, and stability. also, in some of the exercises kettlebells are used as a good alternative to parallel bars.
