When taking a dead weight and suspending it through space and time, this counter weight becomes alive. Having no guide rod system to tell the weight which direction to go, creates a far more unstable environment for the user, thus incorporating far more muscles firing, than using a standard cable system with a weight stack. At CrossCore we can this the Pendelum principle.
