Burn fat, build muscle, and boost metabolism with this 6-minute MetCon (metabolic conditioning) circuit! Combining kettlebells with resistance bands is a perfect example of when 1 + 1 = 3. The maniacal mix of dead-weight and dynamic variable resistance will give your muscles fiber multiple orgasms.
Perform each move for 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest between moves:
Banded Bent-Over Pull-Aparts
X-Band Palm-Grip Split Squats- Left
X-Band Palm-Grip Split Squats- Right
2:1 Band-Bell Overhead Presses- Left/Right
2:1 Band-Bell Overhead Presses- Right/Left
That’s 1 round that takes 6 minutes to complete. Perform a single round as a starter or finisher. Perform 3-5 rounds for a full workout, resting 1-2 minutes between rounds.
